From 9/2017 til 6/2018 I did OTF 2x week and weight lifting 3-4x a week. June 2018 I switched to unlimited OTF (4ish times a week) and ditched my other gym membership. I've gained more strength and muscle from OTF alone since I've switched to unlimited. This is my experience, but others probably have had a different experience with it.
